- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with the estimate and a site visit at the home with the homeowner. From there the office takes over where they handle things like Permitting ordering the materials and sending out documents that might be necessary so the homeowner can apply for their HOA approval. Waiting on the county permit And HOA approval. Sometimes weather can cause delays. This is Florida and it can be unpredictable at times. Handling the installation process and scheduling.

Most of what I’ve learned is hands-on, and from other sales managers over the last 30 years
