To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. Despite paying the full amount of $7000, the work done on my gate was subpar and incomplete. The gate does not close properly and there is a significant gap. I have reached out to the owner on multiple occasions, and while he initially sent his team to address the issue, their attempts only worsened the situation. Despite my repeated attempts to contact him again, he has been unresponsive. I am disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of customer service provided by your company. I feel that I have not received the service that I paid for and I am considering reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. I work hard for my money and expect to receive quality service in return.
