- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is predicated on my experience skill level and amount of time and effort it takes to finish project. My work speaks volumes and it will last the test of time. Pricing clearly reflects work. I'm an expert in my field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually tend to ask if work is emergency if customer needs me to come out immediately and soon after we arrange scheduling a visit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent time at local union 803 studying as an apprentice.
