- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It has been recently brought to my attention that my hourly rate listed on my account is incorrect. My office is working on resolving the issue with Thumbtack; however, their customer service assistance has been reduced to email communication only as a result of COVID-19. I hope to resolve this discrepancy soon. In any event, my hourly rate of $325/hour after the initial payment for services through mediation.
