Its all in their name..PERFECTION They are Number one for many reasons! It all started from the moment I talked to Hamlet over the phone. I was welcomed with his cheerful voice filled with every answer to all my questions. I was never rushed or pressured to do anything. After many frustrating days of trying to find someone to vamp up my kitchen, they seemed to be better than the rest. My online research found nothing but great reviews and my first impression was awesome, so I decided to give them a chance. With my very busy schedule, texting is great and he was there for every update, question, concern, and advice via text and responded quickly. He made sure the marble for my countertops I chose was exactly what I wanted. When I met Ramon, it was nothing less than perfect. Again I was greeted with kindness over the phone and he arrived to my home for measurements with such great mannersvery polite, cheerful and ready to work. I could tell he loves his job as he was very meticulous. He took his time to make everything perfect and exactly what I wished for. He always assured me what ever I wanted he will make happen. The day of installation, they covered the floors. They were very respectful to my home and worked carefully and diligently. One of my marble pieces did not fit in the elevator so they carried it 28 flights of stairs and made it to my home safely. Ramon was determined not to have a seam in my marble piece. I know other installers would have cut the marble in half to make their job easier. Victor installed my backsplash which I requested ceiling to floor. No job is too tough for these guys. He put extra time and care into my subway tiles. He precisely cut tiles around my crown molding on my cabinets and around my stove hood. The outcome looks like a piece of art. I believe this guys have that artistic touch that you want. Hamlet and Ramon never tried to add any hidden fees or tried to sell me anything. I felt that their prices were reasonable and fair. I could tell they just wanted me to be happy. They treated me like I was a member in their family. That right there means everything to me. In this world, it is so hard to find someone you can trust in your home.They are partners in this business and they will care for you because they are good-hearted people who value their customers. They will show you the utmost respect and I assure you, you will be completely satisfied with their work and the whole experience. I cant believe the amount of dedication they have given me. I am beyond happy and they have surpassed all my expectations. I was so lucky to have found them. They are my little angels who have helped me make my dream kitchen become a reality. So again, for these reasons, They are truly number one! I highly recommend them to help and guide you through your journey in creating your home a better home.

Absolutely the best customer service ever!!! From the first contact until the end of the project Hamlet was ALWAYS responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. All of their workers take pride in their work and complete it to perfection. They installed granite in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The selection of slabs was vast. They also installed stone on my kitchen wall. Granite Perfection did the entire job, removing old countertops, disconnection AND reconnecting all the plumbing, the entire process was easy. There were a few small bumps, but the professional manner in which everything was done was super.

Granite countertop installation Hamlet, Ramon and crew did an excellent job, the countertops look great. They were very professional, reasonably priced, prompt, hard working and friendly. Hamlet and his team are what customer service should be everywhere. I clicked on Thumbtack looking for granite countertop installers and Granite Perfection replied quickly. Hamlet was very patient with us, gave us a very true quote over the phone, and then came out to the house to check everything. No pressure selling tactics from him at all. The next day he met us at the granite showroom and walked with us to make sure we found what we were looking for. The showroom was great but my wife and I are very picky and will shop for days for something we really want. When we didn't find exactly what we were looking for he sent us to 3 other locations which were also great but on our way from the last showroom we saw another place and walked in and fell in love with a particular stone. We called Hamlet up and said if he could get the stone from that place and he said, " no problem, we don't have an account with them but we will open one if that's the stone you want." The next day they were out there opening up an account. Now that's customer service. His team is very professional and courteous and did an awesome job! The upgraded sink we ordered didn't come with the garbage disposal part that attaches to the sink but Hamlet went out of his way to find it online and have it overnighted for the installation at no extra charge. The old part from the old sink would have worked but the color would have not match the sink, that's how detailed their work is. I recommend these guys to anyone who is doing granite work. The will take care of you!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
It kind of "just happened". I fell in love with the luxurious aspect of these natural stones. God is certainly a master designer with an incredible eye for beauty.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the times, we fabricate & install new granite countertops in the client's kitchen. A lot of times they'll want new matching tops in the bathroom as well.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers could read my mind. I really do. I see so many companies & sales people lying to customers about anything and everything just to close a sale and squeeze every penny out of them, that it makes me sick to my stomach. People these days are skeptical of businesses, and I don't blame them! If people could read my mind, they'd knew that yes, I want to make a living, but not at the expense of selling out my soul for a buck. If I can save the customer some money, I'm happy to. For example, other granite companies will tell the client that they must purchase a new sink when getting new countertops. BS! While it is recommended, it's not required, the customer can keep their current ones if they so desire and save some money.
