- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on customers request of culinary styles and preferences. Once expectations and agreements have been settled a 50% retainer is required to secure dates. The balance is then required within 3 weeks from the event date. We accept cash, major credit cards, PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer is comfortable with phone contact, I like to understand their needs for the event, needs, expectations and if there are any restrictions, only then, we can provide a detailed quote. Once we have come to an understanding a service agreement is completed and 50% retainer is secured. The balance due its expected 3 weeks prior to the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides our ongoing culinary training I hold a Food Safety Manager Certification #20919499 & FL Catering license CAT 6904008. Our team is highly experienced and trained with the highest flavor and service standards.
