- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not believe in “standard” pricing as each client is unique in needs and expectations, just as many vendors provide different Quality of Service. Many factors are taken into consideration on each proposal that we generate for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a three-step process after we secure an account. The first one is to perform a walkthrough with the crew members that will be taking care of our clients. During this walkthrough, we identify areas of concern for the customer and neglected areas from the previous vendor. Second, at the end of our first week, we perform a thorough inspection of the premises and our services. We invite our client to be available to during the inspection. The purpose of this important step is to make sure we are performing our services as promised. If there were any deficiencies found during the inspection, we would conduct a second review the following week. Third, our office conducts a debriefing with our crew to find out special ways to improve our services to the client. We conduct our first and subsequent monthly inspections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder, I am trained and certified as an Environmental Hygienist, Green Cleaning procedures, and techniques, Safety & Security, and many others. All of our employees are trained and experienced in this industry.
