- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and considering the professional level of work and the quality of the materials used, the investment that the client will make when replacing an air conditioning system will always be worth it. We will also be willing to offer discounts and offers to customers, depending on the job and the season in which it is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts us, we will ask them for a summary of the service they want, if it is possible to send photos of the units they currently have (outside and inside) close up and with a few feet of distance to see their surroundings, the labels of each unit and If this information is enough, the estimate will be made and if necessary an appointment will be scheduled to know the need that the client wants to satisfy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done air conditioning school, certified in low voltage, air flow, heat load calculator, EPA certificate and use of R410A refrigerant, in addition to experience and training during years of work in numerous companies such as installers, maintenance service and new construction.
