We had what we thought was one issue with our AC base on what a technician from another company had told us needed done. Jeren gave us a reasonable quote and came out pretty much immediately. When he got here, it turned out that the other technician was wrong. Jeren explained to us how and why the other guy was wrong, even showing us the parts involved. It then turned out the evaporator coil was leaking and had completely iced over. Even though it was late in the evening, Jeren gave it time to thaw then came back and made sure the ac was working well enough to cool our house while we wait for the part. We now have our AC guy.

Just finished having my ductwork and trunk line removed and replaced through Aloha. Jeren the owner, came out personally to give the free assessment and the ductwork job. The team that came out for the job were helpful, informative, and professional in their job. Glad I went with aloha and would plan to do so for future AC/ HVAC work.

It was great working with Aloha air to get a mini split installed in our bedroom. Very responsive- came out to quote despite the craziness of the holiday, scheduled install the next week and installed.
