- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ll beat any competitors price as long as they’re fully licensed and insured. They must do the same quality of work proving so by photos and references.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is everything! Get to know who I am and what I’m about. I want to know exactly what my potential customers are all about when it comes to cleanliness. How else can you know how they feel and what their expectations are. Before and after photos, references, and demonstrations work real well for new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been certified by the IICRC and ICT in which are two highly recognized organizations in the cleaning and restoration industry. I’ve handled water, mold, and fire damage claims for State Farm, Nationwide, and Allstate. Restoring people’s home back to there original state of cleanliness after there sudden disasters.
