Our company is duly insured and licensed as CGC (Certified General Contractor) in Florida State to perform residential and commercial construction work such as: roofing, water remediation, home Improvement and reconstruction. We gained extensive experience for 20 years working in home reconstruction and water remediation projects after Hurricanes Charlie, Michael and Ian in Florida, and Katrina and Ida in Louisiana. Carlos and Graci promptly started the project, which was to prepare my house to list for sale. This included painting the whole interior, changing outdoor ceiling fans, installing a door inside the master suite, replacing outdoor lamp posts, replacing toilets, and refinishing a bathtub plus innumerable touch ups throughout the interior. Carlos finished the project in approximately one week. He sent photos of his work on a daily basis. The work quality was outstanding and the end result was a turnkey property that sold fast. Following a flood that left my entire house damaged Garcicarl’s Services, Inc. came in and took care of everything! The work is beautiful! I feel so very lucky to have had the Garcicarl’s team of professionals to work with. Mr Carlos came very highly recommended and now I am very pleased to be able to very highly recommend him as well. Carlos did an amazing job fixing my apartment after a flood due to a pipe burst. They were able to get rid of the damage and update the bathroom and floors beautifully. They were honest and the quality of work was superb. Highly recommend!

GS construction was excellent! I bought a fixer-upper that needed major work. They expanded the house and changed the entire façade of the home which turned a 1980s relic into a beautiful 2021 home. All of the bathrooms were redone(4); they leveled all the flooring and turned the first floor into a full open concept for a more functional space. They installed hardwood floors, beautiful stairs with metal railings and made a brand new master suite with a large luxury bathroom and closet. The entire kitchen was moved and transformed into a more functional space.They added modern touches while keeping some of the original charm of the home. Overall this was a huge project and they did not fail to deliver. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and can honestly say the house turned out to be my dream home. Carlos has an eye for detail and makes sure everything turns out the way it supposed to be. Overall I could not ask for a better contractor!!

I am a chemical engineer working during 15 years in the area of projects, cost estimation and contract in the Petroleum Industry. I am fully licensed in Florida and Louisiana State to accomplished any kind of construction project. I have been working in the construction area since 1999
