Alina was involved in every aspect, and while there are many behind-the-scenes efforts that may not have been apparent, we aimed to keep you informed throughout the process. We also made it clear that our estimate did not include materials, as we were unsure of your specific choices. Unfortunately, the cost of materials exceeded our expectations due to the discovery of dry rot. Regarding the payment for materials over the phone at Home Depot, this was done to accommodate your busy schedule, understanding that you might not have the time to visit the store. We provided you with a receipt for this transaction. We also attempted to send our team to Home Depot, recognizing that sourcing materials can be challenging for homeowners. If you feel that any mistakes were made, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss it. Additionally, any leftover materials can be returned for a refund. The sample paint was purchased to enhance your experience and make things easier for you, as typically, homeowners handle this aspect themselves. On the scheduling front, we communicated that the bathroom remodel would take approximately 10 days due to the extensive redesign.
