- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On smaller project my price is based on the project, on the larger project the price is based on square footage or a percent of the construction cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process entails meeting with the client to discuss the scope of the project after which a written proposal will be emailed to the customer with the price breakdown.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a degree in architect drafting and design, and worked for a local government (Orange County Florida) for over 30 years in a capacity as a designer, project manager and a GIS manager
