- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on the content, and the word count. So our flat fee ranges between $20 to $30.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive their document(s) for checking, and we send them back a quote based on the content and word count. We always ask our clients for any instructions that we need to follow. After the translation, we send the document(s) to another translator to review and proofread them before sending them back to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SAS Translations is a certified translation company and an ATA member.
