Sam arrived exactly at the time we had agreed to and was very respectful. He diagnosed the initial problem within 10 minutes and let me know what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He had the part in his vehicle and started work. As he got into the job he realized the fan needed to be replaced as well. He left to grab the part, was back within an hour and had the job completed shortly after. He put everything together neatly and the fridge works like brand new.
I would not hesitate to call Sam again and will refer him to my friends and family. The whole experience was excellent.

My washer was not working properly I searched the internet and found this business, so based on the previous reviews I called and I'm so glad I did. Sam came the next day at the time he gave me.
