Omar was very responsive to my inquiries and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him, like some other repair companies I’ve been dealing with lately as I tried to figure out what was wrong with my dishwasher and whether it made sense to repair it or replace it. Our Maytag dryer was on the fritz and turns out the heating element needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and installed the next day! Hopefully we won’t need appliance repair again too soon, but we’d definitely use & recommend this company!
