- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call will always be deducted from the total cost of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask about the problem with your appliance, schedule an appointment, when you arrive at the client's house, determine what is causing the problem, offer an estimate and repair time and if the client decides to repair it, the service call will be discounted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
