We ran into a problem with the hose fitting are supposed to show up this week I will reach out to see if he was able to grab the hose and come back and install it at no cost I may have to get back there since I am so small but I don't mind George is a very kind Guy very smart knows what he's doing had what I needed is getting what I need I cannot use this nice dryer until he finished the job so I am waiting

Very prompt and arrived with PPE. I should have been more precise in my questions. I explained I installed my garbage disposal and then my dishwasher stopped working. He stated he knew excatly what it was and it was gonna cost me $100. I asked if he could do it for 80$, he agreed. Already knowing in his head how simple it was. I asked what the problem was and he gave a vague description to hide the fact of basic the job was. Within 5 min he simply popped off a plastic cap i had left on the disposal and which then cleared the line. The $40 service call should have covered this literally 2 step process. Would have preferred to call someone who wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation especially in times like this when people aren't working.... shame on you Below is the plastic cap I didn't remove. Which took him all of 30 sec.. I understand paying for a service.. but I felt taken advantage of..
