- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our call service fee is $50 and for this value you will get a technician's visit to your address, the checkup and diagnosis of your appliance and the estimated budget for its repair. If you approve to do the repair with us, the value of the diagnostic visit will be considered in advance of the payment of the estimated budget, otherwise it is not a refundable value. This value must be previously paid to the company for the confirmation of the appointment and the scheduling of the technician. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new client, before scheduling, must be sure that he requires our service because thumbtack generates charges only for the contact message when an appointment is scheduled.
