While we did not move forward with a Service Repair because it would have cost more than replacing the unit, I was blown away by how incredibly thorough the assessment was and appreciated the honesty and transparency regarding the work and pricing. Had the repair been possible, I know for a fact that I would have moved forward with them with no doubt in my mind that the issue would have been resolved carefully and completely.
