Nick is a young and energetic go-getter. He was the quickest to respond to my initial inquiry and he was always quick to answer subsequent questions. I am giving Nick 5 stars for the value he offers as well as the quality of the actual plumbing work. I received three quotations: all around $4000 to do a small repiping job. I chose Nick because the other guys wanted to charge me an additional $1500 - $2000 to replace the water heater also. Nick's quote started out much less and then only rose to match the others when I suggested adding the water heater replacement. So, I essentially got a free water heater from Nick. While I did appreciate Nick's quick responsiveness and his quick work on the job, what I didn't appreciate was his sloppiness. He left a mess in the bathroom (even after he attempted a cleanup) and his stucco patches were subpar (ie. water tight for sure but also unnecessarily big ugly bumps on the wall that look unsightly even when painted). I hope Nick gets this message with the positivity that was intended: honest constructive criticism that (hopefully) leads to improvement. Slow down a bit and focus more on the aesthetics Nick.

Nick came to look at a leak in a recently installed tankless hot water heater installed by another so called plumber. He quickly took care of the leak for us and we discussed the work that had been done by another plumber as I was concerned it had not been done by a licensed and certified plumber. Nick agreed and explained what was done incorrectly fly and not to code, he at no time was punching me to do the work but just letting me know what I had guessed about the previous install. He gave me a fair price and the parts were ordered. As soon as the parts were in he let me know and we agreed on a date and time. He showed up on time and did a great job Removing the old incorrect pipe work and installing the new to code pipe work. Be communicated with me the whole time and was honest and efficient. Going forward he is now my plumber and I wouldn’t use anyone else now I have found a professional and honest one.
