I am grateful for the extremely quick response by Randy! One of my vacation rental guest has a medical condition that required her to be in a certain colder temperature and our AC was not working properly! He received the request, responded and got to the house quickly. He assessed the unit, found the problem and repaired it. I’m grateful and our guests are grateful!!!!! I highly recommend!

I was definitely impressed with the immediate response I received from Randy and his professionalism from start to finish. We had just moved to the state, bought a new home and our A/C went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had this summer. We had no professional contacts on hand to call and I really didn’t know where to begin. Someone recommended Thumbtack and I requested help. Randy responded in less than 5 minutes and was at my door in less than two hours. My husband called a couple other well known companies that quoted us close to $15k, Randy put in the same system AND replaced some molded drywall for almost half of that. We had to wait for a part to come in the next day, but somehow he had some cool air blowing for us overnight. I would highly recommend Randy if you’re thinking of replacing your HVAC System or are in urgent need of assistance as we were. He definitely is on the top of his game. Very knowledgeable in his craft, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up all debris.

AC wasn’t cooling as well as it should, had a different company come out and they were speculating major repairs. Reached out to Randy here on Thumbtack and he came out in the evening during a thunderstorm and evaluated the unit. He figured out that he needed to replace some parts but was confident that he could get it to work well with a reasonable price. He came back the next morning with the parts and spent some time on the repair. When he left, things were working well and efficiently. Warrantied his work/labor for 6 months. Solid work. Will definitely call him back if/when needed.

Randy answered my request very promptly (within 1 minute) & came out right away to fix an AC leak in my attic for me. He got right to work locating the problem & determining a fix. A couple of hours later, he was all done for a quick & hassle-free repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, & made sure his work looked nice & put together for me (even better than before to be honest) before he left.
