Ricardo was hired to repair a hole in the kitchen if my mom's house. His workmanship is very good and he offered to paint the ceiling and (for an additional fee) and went to buy the paint. Ricardo was very friendly, punctual, and professional. We are very leased with his work and we are going to hire him to install a toilet and cabinet and paint our downstairs bathroom. I highly recommend hiring Ricardo for any handyman projects. t

I hired him for wood shelves in the pantry, sand and paint an exterior door and fix the door jam of same door, build a wooden folding door. Everything was incredibly sloppy . The wood wasn’t sanded, the paint was peeling off, the shelves were cut the wrong size , the paint was splotchy or had dried drips . Worst of all he had an attitude about it. I deducted the work he didn’t even begin because he then was going to charge me more. I told him to leave the job unfinished and had to paint everything myself and have someone else finish the job . Horrific. Do not hire this guy.
