- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is given prior to arrival at the job so that there are no surprises. Our pricing is competitive. We have the ability to take on larger jobs easily, so the more work you have completed at one time the better the discounts are that we can offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need your information and the scope of the work you’d like completed either via phone, text or email. From there, we can come out to the property to provide a free proposal. You do not have to be on site for the proposal if you are not able.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rolling Suds has been operating since 1990, cleaning hundreds of thousands of residential homes, and thousands of commercial properties. We have created learning modules and hours of both online and in person classes for everyone at Rolling Suds so that they have the experience/training necessary.
