- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always fair market value, we offer discounts directly passed through to us from manufacturers, our fees are very competitive to other colleagues in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial lead contact, outline scope of work, prepare bid, submit bid in contract format to client, receive signed contract and deposit, prepare permit application (if necessary), prepare project docs, po's, schedules, product selection sheets, submit for permits, organize an order any products selected with long lead items, await permit issuance, begin project. This is just a summary of all tasks involved for a typical project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our qualifier has built over 7000 buildings from residential to light industrial and holds state certified building contractor license since 1999 along with a degree in architectural and structure design and construction management. Studies in real estate management, land development, acquisitions, procurement and multiple software certificates of use.
