Let’s start with the Pro- The groomer was pleasant and my dog was groomed exactly how I liked him and he looked great. However I discovered my dog had a bad in his ear when I saw this beige substance that has obviously been out there to stop the bleeding. I texted and asked the groomer about this and no response. I gave them a week to respond and nothing. I can’t work with it trust a groomer that would injure your dog and when you ask about it and provide picture … silence. I have them a week to respond because other than that I loved how my pup looked! But how can I trust you now?

We are from Canada and want to be able to keep our Samoyed on the 6 to 7 week grooming regimen. This mobile service and the groomer were absolutely fantastic. Will use them next year for sure.

She was so sweet and my dog loved her. The only thing i didn’t like was I was ot aware of extra charge for detangle until it was done. Also, the haircut didn’t match the breeds usual style but overall I’m very happy and will hire them again because my dog seemed happy and that’s the most important!
