- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of technicians and the level of expertise required by your technician to complete the work in a safe and satisfactory manner. Pricing may not included required parts and accessories that will be needed for everything to function properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call or email communication with photos or scheduled initial diagnostic consultation to determine what the nature of the project and to determine possible solutions if it is simple, it will be addressed immediately. Additional service may need to be scheduled to address defective equipment replacement, parts and accessories if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate in Electronic Engineering and have been in this field for more than 15 years and have continuing education with the Audio / Video equipment manufacturers.
