RISDE - design certified, with a background in staging, interior design and home editing. My services encompass Staging for properties coming on the market, downsizing, 55+ Communities, Multi-family, as well as, "for sale" properties that need that extra bit of support for open house. I primarily use furnishings already in the home to transform space. Home organizing and space optimization will be a component of our time together. I was struggling with an odd shaped room, tight budget and out of time and ideas. Candice came in, took some measurements talked through some ideas and came up with some perfect suggestions. She was able to take some contrasting elements that I never would have thought of, reused some pieces I already had and along with new items made an extremely comfortable and fashionable space. I couldn't recommend Candice enough, she is patient, smart and helped make my house feel like a home!

I brought in Candice to help design and define various parts of my home. I was unsure at first having never really worked with an interior designer, so we decided to tackle something small at first. We have a historic colonel that has a living room with lots of space but it gets little use. Candice worked with me to re-imagine this space so that it felt warm and inviting. She paid attention to the details of the home and made sure that the living room was functional and blended with the style of the home. What really surprised me was how Candice was able to add little touches that didn't seem like they would fit but in fact often became the things I loved most. She has an eye for understanding how to make a space special. I've since had Candice redesign my master bedroom, kitchen and study. All with amazing results. We just recently built an addition to our house and I can't wait to see what she does with it.

Candice did an amazing job for me with colors and patterns in my house that weren't coming together the way I wanted. We have large rooms and I like lots of textures and patterns but they looked too busy and didn't flow together. Candice created the unique, one-of-a-kind and pulled together look I wanted with all of my varied textures and colors. We love it and my house now has the designer look that I wanted and we get compliments all the time on how warm and inviting it feels!
