Zak was awesome to work with! I received 5 different water softener quotes, so I was very confident in what products I was interested in. During our first meeting, I was really impressed with his testing capabilities - things he has built on his own to demonstrate how a water softener will help. His background in engineering gave me confidence that Zak knew what he was talking about, and that he understood my concerns and needs. He never once tried to upsell me, nor did he incessantly reach out like a salesman. He gave me the space to do my own research, answered all my questions, and was respectful of my time. Once we selected him, we were able to quickly schedule install. Zak took his time to make sure things were done right, no rushing, to ensure each detail was taken care of.
