First, FYI: RDS required a 50% down payment on work to be performed. RDS is very busy. Spring and summer are their busy season, so it took a while for them to start our project. We are VERY pleased with the quality of work restoring our property after a main sewer-line excavation/replacement (85 ft x 5 ft). They (re)installed a french drain, leveled ground contours, large repair to the sprinkler system and replaced sod. Great attention to detail, responsive to any questions or issues we brought-up. Highly recommended!
