Old tenant just moved out , we needed a handyman to haul away items and fix the apartment for the next tenant, Larry is a 1 stop shop ,he hauled away all the trash and items left behind , trimmed the trees , drywall repairs , interior paint and much more , gave us a good price upfront for all repairs , knocked it out in a couple days , new tenants just moved in.
