Be cautious with hiring this company. We hired them to clean a COMPLETELY EMPTY HOUSE for us (no furniture to clean or move, just walls, floors, and 2 bathrooms). They spent 2 hours "cleaning", and when we went back to inspect the house, it seemed like they did 15 minutes worth of work in the whole 2 hours. Floors were dirty, walls were dirty, bathrooms were dirty, pantry wasn't even opened, the only visible work they did was clean the ceiling fans! Yet we paid them almost $200 for this "service". When I called to complain, they were impossibly to get a hold of, and after SEVERAL calls, they finally made an appointment to go back to the house. At the time of the appointment, they were nowhere to be found, no phone calls, or returned messages, NOTHING. They finally contacted us 2 hours past the appointment time and claimed they didn't write down our address, forget to write down the scheduled appointment, and forgot to call us, and then refused to fix any of their "work", or reimburse us of our money. Horrible business practices! Not to mention that the owner told us in person that they "do not pay attention to every detail, corner, nook and cranny when they clean, and that they are only human and can miss things from time to time." For that, I'll clean the house myself, save $200, and end up with a better cleaning job!
