Although my estimate for the work was fair; this company is based out of Ocala and I am in The Villages. Jaime, the individual that I dealt with was knowledgeable; however, he would tell me, on multiple occasions, that he was coming on a certain week; could not provide me with a specific time and them would not show up to do the work. After I would wait a week, with no show, I would text him to see when he was coming. He complained about my texting him. After needing to wait for him longer than he said he would come, for two different job requests, I purchased my own plant and planted it myself. I would prefer someone, who tells me they are coming within a certain time frame, to show up and not text me, over a week later to tell me that he hasn't forgotten about me. If a company is too busy to keep its promises, then, it shouldn't take on new work. Also, if the company is a farther distance away; perhaps, it should not take on work in a far location, that makes it difficult to get to the customer and keep its word. Not sure which was the issue; however, I am not planning to use El Sol anymore.
