FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with the initial contact: gather basic details like the size of the home, areas requiring attention, and specific customer needs. I offer an in-person walkthrough or a virtual consultation to evaluate the space and provide a clear and detailed quote, outlining the scope of work and any additional fees, and then work with the customer to set up a convenient cleaning schedule. Confirm the date, time, and duration of the service. I check whether the customer provides supplies or if I should bring my own. With this, I will also address any special requests, such as eco-friendly products or handling delicate items. On the service day: I arrive on time and ready to work. Walk through the space with the customer (if possible) to confirm expectations. At the end - Final Walkthrough: If the customer is present
