Steve was amazing and we would definitely use his services again. We had him do a wind mitigation of our roof and also a 4 point home inspection of our current home. His prices were very fair. We saved $500 a year on our homeowners insurance policy this year because of the inspections. We had the completed inspection forms back from Steve the same afternoon of the inspection. We felt that we hired a pro and gained a friend. He is a class act gentleman and extremely thorough. You bet we recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are for a full home inspection. The base price is for homes less than 20 years old. Add $50 for a 4 point, add $50 for Wind Mitigation. 4 Point inspection $175 Wind Mitigation $175 4 Point + Wind Mitigation $250 (Average home eg. single electrical panel)
