From the moment I contacted Ty, I knew I was in good hands. Two of the things that immediately impressed me was his straightforward honesty about the project and that he showed up early unlike some others I've encountered. Additionally, he took the time to exude patience with my wife and I's frustration because we had MULTIPLE issues going on. He could have easily been mad at our tone and standoffish attitude but he wasn't. He left no room for surprises with costs and took an initial deposit before beginning to work. The level of transparency instantly instilled trust and confidence in his services. The quality of work was what truly blew me away. Ty didn't just fix the issues around my home; he cleaned up after himself which is a huge plus. Most handymen I've had leave the mess for us. He approached each task with a level of expertise and attention to detail that was very impressive. Whether it was repairing a leaky faucet, fixing a faulty electrical outlet, or patching up some drywall, he tackled each job with precision and skill.
