the customers should know that my prices are very very reasonable and I do free estimates on every job and so every referral they give me I will give them a discount on their next project I do 10 to 20% discount

I first left to get to know to customer a little bit give them my background the stuff that I do how long I have been doing it then I like to get their opinion on what they want done and how they want it to look their approval in their opinion is very very important and a satisfied customer is all succeed for
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well I've been in the construction business for all my life over 30 years are longer I have a lot of training work with some of the best of Carpenters trim guys through the years I took a trade in school when I was younger and work with my grandfather and my uncle growing up which I really really loved and that's what made me get into the business
