I obtained three quotes. Joes Garage doors replied quickly and honestly. He discussed the issues with my husband. Gave us a quote for new motor and said he would stop by next day no charge to take a look. His price was the best. He suggested it could be the belt. My husband then took it apart and indeed it was $27 part that he himself repaired. Joe cared about us as people and was not price gouging us. So happy that we called his company. One of the other companies that was highly recommended in next door hmm. Seemed shady as he came in with high price and after I said I was getting other quotes he was surprised. Called back 15 minutes later and dropped his price $150… don’t get scammed. Choose Joes Garage Door for integrity and excellent service.
