We offer quality service at very competitive prices! **We do not service units under warranty** pricing: at Tricorn Appliance Repair LLC we don't believe in charging a service call fee. we only charge one flat diagnostic fee of $99 if a repair is approved we waive the $99 diagnostic fee and just the repair cost will be due (parts and labor). Need more than one appliance repaired? we charge a flat $30 for each additional appliance diagnostic in the same home. the $30 is also waived if there is a repair to be made on the additional appliances. Derrick was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going on with my dryer. Although he was not able to complete the repair this visit, he got the part ordered and scheduled a revisit to complete the job.

I was very pleased with the service from Derrick. He was very friendly and professional. He told me exactly what the problem was and explained why he could not repair. He did search for sources to obtain the part he needed, but it was no longer available. I would definitely use his service again if needed.
