I cannot say enough about LP Property Services, LLC. Having just bought a home in Port Charlotte, I didn’t have any connections to hire a landscaper, so I found this small company through ThumbTack. Initially, I made contact to have a cabbage palm trimmed. Chris and Alex were super diligent in removing and digging out the huge roots of some shrubbery that was located in the front of the house that was destroyed with by the cold snap that came through two weeks ago. They also added more plants on the back of the house and created more privacy by planting some palms on the side of the house. They chose excellent specimens and did a great job on all of it. They also did an excellent job of removing all debris. I will be relying on this company for all my landscaping work from now on as their pricing and work ethic are outstanding!

Consistent with lawn maintenance. They cleaned up my pool deck, now I can finally walk on a clean path to the pool 😁. They also took care of my neighbors with their third party pool cleaning service. They were relieved to find a trusted pool company. Great job LP.

I can't say enough about just how great these gentlemen are. I had been trying to find someone to do my yard the way I wanted it done. I happened to see them across the street doing my neighbors yard, and I walked across and asked if they could fit my yard in. They said yes, and I am so glad they did. My yard was looking really rough. They did my yard while I was running errands, and I almost fell out of my car when I was coming down the street. My yard was perfect. It was exactly the way I wanted it. I didn't explain anything to them, just asked if they could do it..My yard looked fantastic, and they keep it looking that way. Nobody else besides LP Property Services will be doing my yard. They are absolutely amazing. They do great work. I highly recommend them.
