We had a wonderful experience with Mir from beginning to end. He responded right away when I reached out to schedule a repair for our dryer, and communicated with me all throughout the process. He was even able to come the same day which was earlier than I had originally scheduled, which we really appreciated. Once the work was finished, he took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had, and he gave me some tips on how to keep our dryer working it's best going forward. He was very professional and personable, and I would absolutely recommend him. We'll definitely be calling him again the next time we need an appliance repair.
