- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee for managing your rental property is typically 8% of rent collected. We have no set up fees or hidden fees what-so-ever. Our goal is to provide both owners and tenants with the highest level of service while offering transparent, simple, and affordable pricing.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mike is the owner and founder of Mangrove Property Management LLC. Born and raised in Florida, he has spent over 30 years living in Northern Palm Beach County. Mike graduated from Florida State University with a double major in business management and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Mangrove Property Management, Mike worked for wealth management firms Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. He lives in Juno Beach with his wife, Andrea, their children, Michael & Morgann, and their dog Bailey.
