Chris was timely, friendly and respectful. He made sure that my chandelier was not on the swang hook as I originally intended and went above and beyond to do an attic crawl. My chandelier is gorgeous! It elevated my house and I am so so happy with how much better it looks!! Thank you so much

Chris was FANTASTIC to work with. He was prompt in all responses, asked thorough questions and contacted me ahead of time to let me know he would arrive earlier than our scheduled time. He was also more than happy to help us diagnose an issue with our bathroom vent fan even though it wasn’t part of the original scope of work. Really can’t say enough - very difficult these days to find someone who has a good demeanor and actual customer service skills. We’ll definitely be calling J&J for future work!
