- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnosis fee is $89 Diagnosis fee is waived if you move forward with repair. Hourly rate for repair is $129. Most common repairs can be completed in an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make first contact the prior day, if possible, as a reminder for tomorrow's visit. At that time I will answer any questions the client might have. Then the following day, I make contact 1 hour before the visit. Communication is through calls or texts, up to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through OEM and Samsung appliance repair training classes and received certification. I attend webinars weekly to keep up with changes and common issues with units. I am EPA certified, which is required to work on refrigerators.
