My name is Ashley. I am the creator and founder of Neat Nest Miami. Organization, art, & design have always been an interest of mine. Organizing spaces brings me a sense of clarity, comfort and outlet for expression which is why I decided to turn my hobby into a small business. I recently hired Ashley from Neat Nest Miami to help me get my bedroom in order, and I highly recommend her. She’s fast, efficient, and brings amazing energy to the task. Originally, I booked her for 5 hours, but I ended up adding an extra hour because things were going so well. Ashley was flexible with my timeframe and budget, which made the process stress-free right from the start.
As someone who loves organizing but has been overwhelmed by decision fatigue from moving frequently due to rotations and starting a new job, I needed a jump start. Ashley provided exactly that. She worked three times as fast as I could, tackling multiple piles of items while I worked through one at a time. Her organizing stamina was incredible — I had to take 4-5 breaks, but she just kept going. (Side note: I had asked to work alongside her to make the most of the time and even requested “homework” beforehand to maximize her expertise, but this level of involvement is definitely not required for her clients.)
One of the most impressive aspects was her ability to handle my small and niche items related to my hobbies. She consolidated everything in a way that made sense, making my space much more efficient. Even small reminders, like having me write down projects I’d forgotten about, set me up to keep things organized long after she left.
What we accomplished together would have taken me at least 20 hours on my own—and I definitely do not have 20 hours of free time/extra energy. With her help, I got through the most draining parts of the process and was able to focus on the areas I actually enjoy organizing, like my closet and workspace. By the end, my room was presentable, and I had the energy to finish up on my own. And for the first time since moving into my current residence ~4 months ago, I felt confident enough to light a candle in my room without worrying about burning anything down 😅 Thank you, Ashley!

Neat Nest Miami is excellent, reliable, reasonable, neat, experienced, and skilled. She was detailed in organizing my bathroom leaving me with a simplified beautiful space. Ashley was wonderful to work with she was able to get me organized which makes my life so much easier. My pantry was a total disaster everything crammed in with my order. Now everything has a place and only the items which are needed. Thanks Neat Nest for getting me on track.

Ashley was super helpful in coming up with new solutions on how to maximize my closet in a multi purpose room. She found a great system at the container store and brought it for me. She removed alllll of my things from the closet and had me go through them while encouraging me to purge a little. She gave me just the push I needed and I'm definitely planning to hire her to help me reorganize my kitchen and closets. Ashley was punctual, friendly, and so kind. I'd recommend neatnest to anyone!
