Andy and Russ helped us with several electrical projects around the house. They communicated well about their arrival time, time project would take, and cost. Their price was fair and the work done was completed quickly and done very professionally. I would definitely use them again for any of our electrical needs.

Originally scheduled appointment for 2:00pm but Rus arrived an hour early. Quickly identified problems with broken outlets and a broken fan. Researched the price quoted with other local electricians in the area and Alter Inc. was the lowest by far. Will be contacting Andy and his team for all electrical issues going forward.

Andy & Russ are very responsible, and professional. They did an excellent inspection and explained me very well the situation with my electric problem. Services beforehand & summarized afterwards. Started to work immediately with outlets and breakers replacement. Also led light installation in laundry area with excellent illumination. We hired Alter Inc. for a significantly complicated project: to re-wire our entire house with copper wire, replacing any single-strand aluminum wire. This project was necessary to comply with current code in order to sell our home and had to be done within a limited time frame. Because our house was built in 1969, had a low-slope roof, and had undergone many repairs and modifications β€” like converting a back patio under a flat roof to an enclosed interior space β€” this would be no easy task. Ros and Andy carefully evaluated the scope of the project and gave us a reasonable estimate. As it turned out, many of the β€œmodifications” were done poorly or incorrectly, and were much more difficult to correct than initially thought because of the construction of the home and extremely limited access in the attic. But Ros and Andy tackled every problem with skill and ingenuity, worked some longer days to stay on schedule, and kept the cost to the original estimate. They were extremely diligent, professional, and respectful of our property. We felt completely comfortable having them in our home. They proved to be honest and hard-working. I would recommend them without hesitation.
