A perfect experience. I can’t think of anything that Ruslan (Warm Appliance) could have done better. He was a great communicator. He did exactly what he said he would do – and on time. Ruslan was fantastic! He responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our schedule. Ruslan was very honest and professional and let us know that our best course of action would be to replace our gas stove within the next year rather than spending money to repair it. He went ahead and cleaned it, so that our functioning burners work as best as possible. He also took care of some maintenance on other appliances for us. He was pleasant to work with and very trustworthy. We would use him again in a heartbeat and will be recommending him to our family and friends. Thank you, Ruslan!
