- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work both hourly and by the project depending on the size and scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with a client is to meet to discuss the scope of the work and specifics. I will then work up a detailed quote that is itemized line-by-line, with a start and finish date. If the quote is accepted, we will work together to arrange materials and prepare for the work to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a custom home builder and framer for 4 years, then worked as a general contractor for my own company, as well as an installer for Home Depot where we specialized in kitchen and bath remodels and window and door installations. My experience is vast in multiple construction projects and fields.
