- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices Can't be beat. I am very customer friendly. I take pride in my work, so quality is what I strive for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally working with a new customer, I find the issue first(free of charge). Then we go over there options. I try to work within the client's budget. If a major repair or replacement is needed, I offer a great financing program. I have a wide range of equipment options and service every make and model. At the end of the transaction, the customer will be informed and content with the scope of the work being performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A/C contractor. I attended F.M.I.T for training when I first entered the field 12 years ago. I learned the right way to do things. From this training I developed a good foundation and excelled in service and repair. Now I am a certified contractor.
