- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are fair and understand the economic crisis right now we are flexible and are willing to offer discounts if needed. we understand that there are situations where we need to put ourselves in the customers shoes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will make an appointment with customer to go and evaluate the area that needs work and explain the process in which we work and all the steps from start to finish, and then give an estimate.
